一、招聘计划及条件  
 
1.国家“千人计划”、“国家特支计划”领军人才等国家级高层次人才项目候选人 
 
符合相应人才项目申报条件,师德高尚,学风正派,治学严谨,具有国际视野和竞争力,在本学科领域具有公认的学术声望和学术影响力,是所在专业领域的一流学者和学科建设领军人才。  
 
2.教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授和讲座教授  
 
符合长江学者特聘教授和讲座教授申报条件,师德高尚,学风正派,治学严谨;胜任核心课程讲授任务;学术造诣高深,在科学研究方面取得国内外同行公认的重要成就;具有创新性、战略性思维,具有带领本学科赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力;具有较强的领导和协调能力,能带领学术团队协同攻关。  
 
3.南开大学百名青年学科带头人培养计划 
 
年龄40岁以下,人文社会科学和自然科学学科的优秀青年学者,身体健康,学风端正,治学严谨,诚实守信,具有较好的团队协作精神和领导组织能力;研究方向面向国家发展急需和学科前沿,已取得突出研究成果,具有开阔的学术视野和良好的国际合作背景,有能力组建富有竞争力的学术团队,具备进一步开展高水平创新性研究的学术基础和成长为青年学科带头人的良好潜力;申报不设置职称门槛;国家“青年千人计划”和“国家特支计划”青年拔尖人才(“青年拔尖人才支持计划”)以及其它各省部级以上人才计划入选者、重大基金项目或重要奖项获得者可优先申报。(详情见附件) 
 
4.南开大学教授岗位 
 
人文社会科学类45周岁以下、自然科学类40周岁以下、达到南开大学教授任职条件、在本专业领域得到同行认可的学术带头人。 
 
5.南开大学副教授岗位 
 
35周岁以下、达到南开大学副教授任职条件、具有较大学术潜力的青年学术骨干。 
 
二、引进待遇  
 
南开大学将对各层次引进人才采取大力度的、长期的支持培养措施,在工资福利待遇、科研配套经费、住房补贴和安家费、科研平台搭建、研究团队组建、国际化培养等方面提供较高的、富有竞争力的引进待遇和重点支持,学院人才基金可另有配套。其中“南开大学百名青年学科带头人培养计划”入选者,可优先招收博士研究生(无论是否具有正高级职称),优先支持申报国家“青年千人计划”、“国家特支计划”青年拔尖人才等人才计划。特别突出的优秀拔尖人才可以就相关待遇和特殊需求面议。

附:南开大学百名青年学科带头人培养计划简介 
 
为加大优秀青年拔尖人才遴选培养力度,造就一批具有创新性和开拓性的杰出青年学科带头人,学校启动百名青年学科带头人培养计划,面向年龄40周岁以下,人文社会科学和自然科学学科的优秀青年学者,不设置职称门槛,对入选者将给予多层次全方位的重点培养。 
 
申报人来校工作前后均可申报该人才培养计划。申报人入选该计划后将获得以下支持: 
 
1.享受校内最高级别教授岗位的绩效工资; 
 
2.专项科研经费资助; 
 
3.不受职称限制招收博士研究生; 
 
4.优先获得国际化培养和综合性培训指导; 
 
5.在实验办公条件、组建研究团队、搭建科研平台等方面获得重点支持; 
 
6.优先支持申报国家“青年千人计划”、“国家特支计划”青年拔尖人才支持计划、天津市“青年千人计划”等重大人才计划和省部级以上重点项目或重要奖项;

I. Recruitment Plan and Qualification 
 
1. Candidates of national top talents programs such as National Thousand Talents Program and Top Young Talents of National Special Support Program 
 
The applicants are supposed to meet the requirements of respective programs and be first-class scholars and academic leaders in their research fields, with internationally recognized academic reputation and influence, significant and innovative research achievements, as well as an honest, rigorous and matter-of-the-fact attitude in teaching and research work. 
 
2. Distinguished Professor and Lecture Professor of Chang Jiang Scholars Program (Ministry of Education) 
 
The applicants are supposed to meet the requirements of distinguished professor or visiting professor of Chang Jiang Scholars Program, have high-level academic achievements with internationally recognized reputation, innovative and strategic thinking, as well as an honest, rigorous and matter-of-the-fact attitude in teaching and research work. They are expected to be capable of teaching core courses, building competitive academic teams and leading the discipline to catch up or maintain international advanced level with good leadership and team spirit.  
 
3. Hundred Young Academic Leaders Program 
 
The applicants are supposed to be excellent researchers in humanities, social sciences or natural sciences, no more than 40 years old, with good leadership and team spirit, as well as an honest, rigorous and matter-of-the-fact attitude in research work. Physical and mental health is also needed. They are expected to have outstanding academic achievements in the most-needed areas of national strategic development, with broad academic horizon and extensive relations in the international academic circle, and be capable of building a competitive academic team and have a solid basis for carrying out innovative research and great potential to become young academic leaders. There is no title barrier in application. The awardees of provincial or national talents programs, projects or awards will be given priority during the evaluation, e.g. those of the National Thousand Young Talents Program and the Top Young Talents of National Special Support Program (Program for Supporting Top Young Talents). 
 
4. Professor 
 
The applicants are supposed to be academic leaders with peer recognition in their specialties, less than 45 years old in humanities and social sciences and less than 40 years old in natural sciences, and meet the qualifications of full professorship of Nankai University. 
 
5. Associate Professor 
 
The applicants are supposed to be young academic backbones with great academic potentials, less than 35 years old, and meet the qualifications of associate professorship of Nankai University. 
 
II. Offers from Nankai University 
 
Nankai University provides strong and long-term support for all the introduced talents by offering competitive remuneration package and special support in salary and benefits, scientific research fund, housing subsidy and settling-in allowance, building research team and research platform, international training, etc. The college talent fund may also provide a proper allowance package. The talents selected into Hundred Young Academic Leaders Program of Nankai University will be given priority to recruit doctoral students (no matter they are full professors or associate professors) and to apply major talents programs such as the National Thousand Young Talents Program, the Top Young Talents of National Special Support Program (Program for Supporting Top Young Talents), etc. For the top talents with outstanding achievements, their payments and other needs could be further discussed.

Brief Introduction of Hundred Young Academic Leaders Program 
 
To strengthen the introduction of excellent top young talents and cultivate a group of outstanding young academic leaders with innovative and pioneering spirit, Nankai University has recently launched the “Hundred Young Academic Leaders Program”. This program targets the excellent young scholars who are less than 40 years old in humanity, social sciences and natural sciences fields, breaks the title barrier in application and provides all-round support for the selected scholars. 
 
The applicants can apply for this program before or after officially working in Nankai University. The successful applicants will be given the following support: (1) enjoy performance-based pay of the highest level of professors; (2) get special research fund; (3) admit doctoral student without title barrier; (4) obtain international cultivation and comprehensive training instruction with priority; (5) get strong support in experiment and working conditions as well as building research teams and platforms; (6) apply for major talents programs, projects and awards of provincial level or above with priority, such as the National Thousand Talents Program, the Top Young Talents of National Special Support Program (Program for Supporting Top Young Talents), Tianjin Thousand Talents Program, etc. ; (7) get reward from Nankai University for remarkable achievements in teaching or scientific research, based on a long-term evaluation system.
