Job Description

A post-doctoral fellow position is available for a recent Ph.D. or MD/Ph.D in biomedical science, preferably in biochemistry, cell biology and mouse genetics. The laboratory focuses on the study of epigenetic regulation of chromatin and transcription and the roles of epigenetic regulators in development and progression of human cancers. The candidate postdoc will be working on elucidating role of epigenetic modifiers and epigenomic landscape in lung cancer with potential CRISPR/Cas9-mediated high throughput screening of novel epigenetic regulators in human cancers. Expertise in biochemistry and cell biology are required and a background in mouse handling or CRISPR screening experience is preferred. The candidate must have one or more first-authored publications in highly regarded scientific journal(s) and have a demonstrated ability of independent experimental design and research.
