Postdoctoral fellow and research associate positions are available for highly motivated individuals interested in studying the BCL-2 family and the fundamental mechanisms of cell death, the impact of cell death regulators in tumorigenesis and response to anticancer therapy, developing novel therapeutics targeting the BCL-2 family, and translating cell death mechanisms into targeted cancer therapy (Science 330: 1390-1393; Molecular Cell 36: 487-499; Nature Cell Biology 8:1348-1358; Science Signaling 6:ra20; Cancer Cell 25, 530–542; Nature Cell Biology 17:1270-1281). We are particularly interested in the pathogenesis and targeted therapy of lung and kidney cancers.
