Postdoctoral Fellow in Biochemistry of Epigenetics : Montreal, Canada

A post-doctoral position is available for a highly motivated PhD to study mechanisms of epigenetic inheritance through DNA replication and mitosis by Polycomb Group proteins in the Francis lab at the IRCM in Montreal, Canada. The projects use a combination of in vitro reconstitution and analysis of Drosophila cells and embryos and are based on previous publications from the lab (Francis et al., 2009, Cell; Lo et al., 2012, Molecular Cell; Lengsfeld et al., 2012, Scientific Reports; Follmer et al., 2012, PLoS Genetics; Wani et al., in press, Nature Communications). Applicants should have a strong background in biochemistry and a strong publication record.
