The High Energy Physics Group of the Physics Department of the UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG seeks to appoint a Post Doctoral Research Fellow in Experimental High Energy Physics (HEP) at its Auckland Park Kingsway Campus. The University of Johannesburg is an institute within the SA-ATLAS group and is also part of the SA-CERN Programme. The group works on BSM physics accessed through the Higgs Portal. Other activities include MET and work within the muon sector.

The duration of the Post Doc funding is two years and can be extended by application for additional years. There is an opportunity to be directly involved in teaching and student supervision for candidates who need to develop this aspect of their CV.
