Postdoctoral Research Associate

The Princeton Institute for the Science and Technology of Materials (PRISM) Imaging and Analysis Center (IAC) at Princeton University has an immediate opening for a full-time postdoctoral research associate.

Responsibilities will involve supporting research and education activities for both hard and soft materials, utilizing advanced instrumentation such as SEM/TEM, FIB, AFM, XRD, EDS/WDS, Raman, sample preparation, etc.

Appointment is for one year with possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance and sufficient funding.

Essential Qualifications
The successful candidate must have a recent Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering related discipline and have extensive experience and proven record in studies of the structure-composition-processing-property relationships in complex materials.
