This position is based in the Faculty of Mathematics, Computing and Technology, in the Department of Design, Development, Environment and Materials. We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to work with Professor William Nuttall on an EPSRC funded project entitled:  Management of Nuclear Risk Issues:  Environmental, Financial and Safety (NREFS). The NREFS project is led by City University and also involves Manchester University and Warwick University.

You will have a PhD (awarded) in a quantitative discipline. You will also have experience of science and technology based policy issues and good writing skills.

This is a one year post which is due to commence on 1 October 2013
