理由

临床药学是国内药学教育今后的发展方向，而药事监管科学也是上海市重点发展的学科。根据复旦大学药学院临床药学本研一体化规划与药事监管科学发展的要求，结合教学和科研发展的需要，现急需引进45岁以下、具有药学和相关专业背景的副教授和教授，具体招聘人数和要求如下：

Clinical pharmacy and drug regulatory   science are very important disciplines in pharmacy education both in China   and Fudan University. We are looking for talents either from China or around   the world to meet the requirement of our teaching and research work.

招聘岗位

1.临床药学与药事管理学副教授各一名。

2.临床药学与药事管理学教授各一名。

Position:

1.Two associate professors, clinical pharmacy   and drug regulatory science

2.Two professors, clinical pharmacy and   drug regulatory science

招聘条件或

要求

（1）具有药学专业或相关专业(如临床药学、临床医学、公共卫生、生物药学等)博士学位，教授如有1—2年国外博士后经历更佳。

（2）具有临床药学和药事管理教学与科研背景，熟悉相关专业课堂教学和临床实践，能够申请国家级科研项目并实施。

（3）在本领域的核心期刊杂志发表第一作者或通讯作者论文，其中副教授要求3~5篇（SCI至少3篇），教授要求5~10篇（SCI至少5篇）。药事管理专业视情况而定；具有国家级科研项目者优先考虑。

（4）富有团队意识，合作精神好，表达能力强。

Required:

1.Earned doctorate in clinical pharmacy,   regulatory science, or closely related field. It will be favorable to have a   postdoctoral training in international recognized institutions.

2.Evidence of ability to engage in teaching   and research. Evidence of ability to develop an original research program and   apply for national research funding. Evidence of oral, written, and   electronic communication skills. Evidence of team work and cooperation.

3.There are major papers (3~5 for associate   professor and 5~10 for professor) of first and corresponding authors   published in well recognized in related fields.
