一、Sourcing Analyst战略采购分析员

工作地点：上海市漕河泾开发区虹梅路1801号B区宏业大厦

Major Role:

To lead the data management and quantitative analyses of all sourcing activities within the Strategic Sourcing Organization.   The Analyst leads the construction of spend management databases and information warehousing for the key commodity spend categories that he/she is assigned to.  The Analyst must be fully informed of the strategic sourcing process, develop and present insightful reports for the development of commodity sourcing strategy and participate in Rockwell cross-function strategic sourcing teams.

Requirements:

1.    2017 Bachelor or Master’s graduates

2.    Majoring in automation, electrical and electronics, mechanical, applied mathematics, materials engineering or supply chain are preferred.

3.    CET 6 and above

4.    Strong leadership skills  & IPC

5.    Good communication and influence skills

6.    Be fluent in both written and oral English communication skills

二、Remanufacturing Engineer维修制造工程师

工作地点：上海市浦东新区川沙创业路565号，T20-2通用厂房

Major Role:

1.    Insure that remanufacturing process successfully accomplishment.

2.    Improve processes applying lean techniques and engineering principles

3.    Identify and implement manufacturing cost reductions and productivity improvements

4.    Research, develop and document new and existing manufacturing processes.

5.    Support the growth of the facility by ensuring seamless transfer of products from other facilities into the Shanghai facility.

6.    Ensure seamless implementation of engineering change notices.

7.    Identify and pursue product design changes to improve manufacturability based on engineering knowledge

8.    Assist remanufacturing material and service procurement with supplier evaluation, performance analysis and supplier visits based upon vendor risk analysis.

9.    Apply continuous improvement techniques to processes involving customers and suppliers

10.  Fully support remanufacturing team to finished remanufacturing work and task.

Requirements:

1.    2017 Bachelor or Master’s graduates

2.    Majoring in automation, electrical and electronics, mechanical, applied mathematics, materials engineering, mechatronic, motor other related technical degree.

3.    CET 6 and above

4.    Be fluent in both written and oral English communication skills
