摩根先进材料公司于2012年开启了全球管理培训生项目。这个项目在英国的伯明翰启动，旨在为公司培养新一代技术和领导人才，首期全球共招募了20余位来自世界各地的优秀毕业生。
In 2012, Morgan Advanced Materials commenced its new Graduate Programme. This programme, designed to bring new technical and leadership talent into our organization, was launched in Birmingham in the UK. More than twenty graduates attended from around the world from Morgan Advanced Materials.

在2012至2016年间，摩根先进材料在大中华区分别招募了17名优秀的毕业生，并推荐他们参加了在英国伦敦的全球管理培训生导入培训项目，以及在美国波士顿和中国上海的业务挑战培训项目。在培训中，来自全球的管理培训生见到了集团的最中国研究生招聘网管理层，并接受了密集的导入课程以了解公司的业务、价值观和战略。后续管理培训生将在中国有计划地参与各项业务发展并向优秀的团队领导学习实践经验，通过综合技能培训，项目管理和卓越运营等一系列培训积累个人的技能知识。
Morgan Advanced Materials Greater China has recruited 17 graduates from 2012 to 2016, and recommended them to attend the Global Graduates Launch (London, UK), and the Graduates Business Challenge Event (Boston, USA & Shanghai, China). During the training period, all of our graduates have met many of our company’s senior-most executives, and participated in a high-intensity orientation program to our company, its values and strategy. Over their two-year program, they will be presented with many opportunities to learn from the excellent leaders we have throughout our China business, building on their technical knowledge with structured training on comprehensive skills, project management and operation excellence.

Combine the business development plan of Morgan Advanced Materials Asia, and the campus recruiting personnel reserve of calendar year, Morgan Advanced Materials Greater China plans to hire 4 graduates in 2017 (two categories: technology and sales) for the 2 business units: Morgan Thermal Ceramics and Morgan Electrical Carbon, and the working locations will be: Shanghai, Dalian and Jingmen etc.

材料工程等相关专业本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Materials Science or related Engineering disciplines
