BMW is the abbreviation of Bayerische Motoren Werke and in China is translated into Chinese “Bao Ma”. The BMW Group concentrated initially on the development and production of aero engines. The blue and white BMW logo symbolizes the rotating propeller, reflecting the early age of the BMW Group.

The BMW Group is one of the most successful manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycles in the world with its BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorrad brands. The BMW Group is the only automobile and motorcycle manufacturer worldwide to operate with all its brands exclusively in the premium segments, from the small car to the absolute top segment. As a global company, the BMW Group operates 24 production facilities in 13 countries and has a global sales network in more than 140 countries.

The BMW Group achieved a global sales volume of approximately 1.46 million automobiles for the 2010 financial year. Revenues for 2010 totalled euro 60.477 billion. At 31 December 2010,the company employed a global workforce of 95,453 associates.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

Education：Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline with excellent grades (Master's degree preferred).

Working Experience：At least 6 months of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience).At maximum of 3 years professional working experience.

International Experience：At least 4 months of relevant experience abroad (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).

Extracurricular involvement：E.g. initial leadership experience in a university, community, or work setting, engagement in a student project, political or charity organization.

Language Skills：Business-fluent language skills in the local language and fluent English.

Other Requirements：Initiative, personal accountability, willingness to change, team spirit, and self-reflection. A sharp intellect and passion for BMW. Readiness for an international career.

教育背景：具有相关专业且成绩优秀的学士学位（硕士学位优先）。

工作经验：至少6个月的相关工作经验（例如，实习、培训、最初的工作经验）。不得超过3年的专业工作经验。

海外经历：至少四个月的相关海外经历（例如，学习、实践经历、工作经历以及旅行经历等）。

课外参与：例如在一所大学、社区或工作环境中的初步领导经验；参与学生项目、政治或慈善组织等。
