一、课题组简介
张一小,现任中科院生物与化学交叉中心研究员,博士生导师。2015年博士毕业于清华大学生命科学学院。2016至2020年,在美国洛克菲勒大学进行博士后研究并担任助理研究员。入选国家海外优青项目、上海市海外高层次人才引进计划,上海科技青年35人引领计划、上海脑科学与类脑研究中心“求索杰出青年”课题组长,中科院上海分院青年英才培育计划等。在利用冷冻电镜研究生物大分子的三维结构方面有超过十年的研究经验,致力于用冷冻电镜技术研究富有挑战性的生物学机制问题。在Nature,Science,MolecularCell,NatureStructural&MolecularBiology,NatureCommunication,PNAS因工作需要,博士后及科研助理。
岗位1:博士后及科研助理
岗位职责(满足以下1-2项即可):
1.独立开展相关课题研究。
2.开展离子通道电生理实验。
3.开展药物筛选相关实验
4.开展细胞生物学实验。
5.开展冷冻电镜相关实验。
6.开展抗体筛选制备相关实验。
7.完成课题组长交代的其他任务。
岗位要求:
1.具有本科以上的细胞生物学、神经生物学、结构生物学、生物化学等相关专业学历。
2.工作认真细致,有良好的实验记录习惯。
3.具有良好的英文文献查找及阅读能力。
4.能长期稳定工作者优先。
