The Regulatory Systems Research Group at Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, Sydney Australia, is searching for outstanding post-doctoral scientists with a strong expertise in computational genomics. The Wong lab is using large-scale genomics and epigenomics data to understand transcriptional regulation. Datasets include high-throughput genomics studies using next-gen molecular biology assays in single cell and bulk resolution. Therefore, candidates with experience in these research methodologies, with strong multi-modal/dimensional data integrative skills are encouraged to apply. We are seeking highly motivated, creative candidates to lead the computational work in a team with experienced experimental postdocs or PhD students. They will have the opportunity to interact with investigators with expertise in molecular genetics, cancer biology, and mouse genetics. Our research focus is in:
