The Hussman Institute for Human Genomics (HIHG) at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine is a leading center for the study of Alzheimer disease (AD) and other neurodegenerative disorders. Investigators at the HIHG have conducted numerous genetic studies in patients from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds to understand the genetic underpinnings of complex disorders.
