Postdoctoral Researcher Position in Single Molecule Enzymology: One postdoctoral position is available immediately in an enzymology laboratory to elucidate the kinetics and dynamics of DNA lesion bypass and base excision repair catalyzed by human enzymes using single molecule Prism-based Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) apparatus. Background in single molecule TIRF technologies, computer programming, enzyme kinetics, biophysics, and protein purification is preferred. An important criterion for selection will be the ability of the desired individual to pursue independent research in an active multi-disciplinary setting.
