一、课题组简介

以转基因小鼠为模型，结合临床样本，利用现代分子和细胞生物学技术，深入研究哺乳动物心脏发育调控机制，探索先天性心脏病的未知致病机理和产前筛查新方法。

二、招聘岗位及条件

1.招聘岗位：博士后3名

2.任职条件：

（1） 发育生物学或细胞分子生物学相关专业博士。熟练掌握动物、细胞和生化实验技能；

（2） 遗传学、生物信息学或遗传统计学博士。擅长全基因组序列和遗传疾病的分析；

（3）药学、分析化学或相关专业博士。具有蛋白质组学、代谢组学及靶向小分子鉴定及定量方法学开发的经验。

3.要求：

（1）年龄不超过40周岁；已取得或即将取得博士学位；

（2）专注科研，工作勤奋高效，善于多任务操作，能独立设计和完成实验，分析结果，撰写论文；

（3）英语听说读写良好，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

（4）在相关领域内有至少一篇第一作者SCI论文发表。

三、薪酬待遇

根据个人科研工作能力和博士后有关规定从优发放。课题组将提供稳定的工作环境与一流的研究平台，协助申报博士后相关项目，并根据兴趣与需求支持个人的职业发展。

对获得中国博士后科学基金资助和省级博士后科研项目资助的，市财政给予1:1配套资助。对出站留杭（来杭）工作的博士后，给予每人40万元补助。

Post-doc position in Hongjun Shi Lab, School of Life Sciences

Introduction of The Lab/ Research Field

The cardiac development laboratory aims to gain in-depth understanding of the molecular mechanism that regulate the key developmental processes of the heart, and to identify the novel environmental and genetic etiology of congenital heart disease. Various genetic mouse models and modern molecular and cell biology techniques will be used in pursuit of these important questions.. 

Job Description

Position: Postdoctoral Fellow (3)

Requirements:

1) PhD in Developmental Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology or related fields. The candidates must have proven experience in mouse model, cell or molecular biology research.

2) PhD in Genetics, Bioinformatics or Statistical Genetics. The candidates must have proven experience in applying next generation sequencing in genetic analysis of inherited diseases.

3) PhD in Pharmacology, Analytical Chemistry or related fields. The candidates must be competent with the mass spectrometry technology and its application in proteomics, metabolomics and targeted small molecule quantification.

Other requirements:

Have obtained or about to obtain a Ph.D. degree, aged under 40.

Have published a minimum of one SCI paper as a first author.

Compensation and Benefits

The research team offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Applications for relevant projects and programs will be encouraged and supported.

For post-doc(s) who selected for China Postdoctoral Science Foundation or Advanced Programs of Zhejiang Province will be entitled to receive the same amount funds from the Hangzhou government.

For post-doc(s) who full-time work in Hangzhou after completing their post-doc research will be eligible for applying allowance of 400,000RMB from the Hangzhou government.
