一、院所介绍

深圳大学深地科学与绿色能源研究院由谢和平院士担任团队带头人。研究院致力于深地科学基础研究、低碳绿色能源(地热能、页岩气和海水能开发)及岩石力学等领域创新研究探索。近年来，研究团队带头人谢和平院士主持了国家重点研发计划项目、国家973项目、国家自然科学基金委创新群体项目、国家重大科研仪器研制项目、国家自然科学基金国际合作项目、科技部国际合作项目等20余项，曾获国家自然科学奖、国家科技进步奖等国家级科技奖励4项。2018年参与成功申报获批了深圳市十大基础研究平台之一的“深圳市清洁能源研究院”，2019年成功获批“深地科学与地热能开发利用”广东省重点实验室。

三、应聘条件（要求）：

（一）一般年龄在35周岁以下、获得博士学位不超过3年的人员。

（二）具有较强的科研创新能力和团队协作精神。

（三）具有良好的学术道德和严谨科学态度、身体健康、能胜任岗位的工作要求。

（四）目前已取得显著科研成果的申请者将予以优先考虑。

（五）申请人不能申请其博士毕业单位同一个一级学科的流动站从事博士后研究工作。

（六）博士期间发表高水平SCI论文1篇以上。

四、聘期待遇：

（一）深圳市待遇

1、市政府对在站期间完成开题考核和中期考核合格的博士后研究人员发放每人每年18万元的生活补助(免税)，一般每季度发放一次，总额不超过36万元。

2、市政府对博士后出站选择留（来）深圳从事科研工作，且与本市企事业单位签订3年以上劳动（聘用）合同的出站博士后人员，给予30万元资助，用于出站博士后科研投入或创新创业前期费用。

3、符合深圳市高层次人才条件者可以额外申请深圳市政府160万–300万的奖励性补贴(免税)。

（二）深圳大学待遇

1、深圳大学提供约15万的综合年薪（理工科），同时给予优秀的博士后额外的奖励。

2、科研奖励：在权威期刊发表学术论文或者获得国家级科研项目的博士后，深圳大学按规定给予科研奖励或配套资助。

3、符合学校政策要求的优秀博士后可申请转为教师。

（三）博士后在站期间可以负责人身份申请各级科研课题资助。

（四）博士后人员进站，可自愿选择落户深圳市。选择落户深圳市的，其配偶及未成年子女可办理随迁入户。博士后子女入托、入学等按深圳市相关条例执行。

（五）海外博士留深圳工作可以申请深圳市人才计划住房补贴；若留深大可申请300-500万科研启动经费。

五、岗位职责

（一）与合作导师共同承担重要的科研课题，按计划完成博士后入站期间的科研任务。

（二）依创新研究需求，申请中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金、或其他科研项目。

（三）在站期间，应以第一作者发表高水平SCI论文至少2篇（含接收）。

About the Institute

Institute of Deep Earth Sciences and Green Energy is led by Prof.Heping Xie, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, focusing on a numberof Deep Earth Sciences and Green Energy research areas. Duties

1.         Projectimplementation (carrying out experiments / theory & simulation, analyzingdata, presenting and reporting research results).
