Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with academic human resources affairs in Academic Administration Office at GTIIT.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Provide support for implementing the administration procedure of research support staff (e.g. research fellow, lab staff, research assistant, etc.) recruitment, including contract terms negotiation and explanation, employment contract preparation, etc.
·Provide support for data management of research/teaching support staff.
·Assist Academic Administration Office on other projects as needed.
·Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Required Job Specifications
·Required qualification / academic degree: bachelor degree or above from an internationally reputable university. Accounting or HR major is preferred.
·Required experience: 1-3 years working experience in HR is preferred.
Required Job Competencies
·Language ability: Fluent Chinese and English.
·Multi-task skills.
·Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
·Good planning and organizing skills.
·Good communication and collaboration skills.
·Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
