青岛城市学院原名青岛理工大学琴岛学院。

学院位于青岛市城阳区东部，著名的崂山风景区北麓，占地1060亩，校舍建筑面积40.4万平方米。学院教学单位有八系三部一中心，八个系包括土木工程系、建筑系、机电工程系、计算机工程系、艺术系、会计系、经贸系、外语系，三个部包括基础部、体育部、马克思主义教学部，一个中心是国际交流中心。学院现拥有专任教师860余人，师资队伍中主讲教师90%以上具有硕士（博士）学位或中级及以上职称。学院设有37个本科专业和21个专科专业，涵盖工、管、文、经、艺五大学科门类，现有全日制本专科在校生近17000人。学院先后荣获“全国先进独立学院”、“山东省先进社会组织”、“山东省大学生创业教育示范院校”、“青岛市花园式单位”、“2018年度山东最佳社会声誉高校”等荣誉称号。

一、申请条件

1、母语为英语，国籍是英国、美国、澳大利亚、加拿大、新西兰、南非。

2、身体健康，年龄25-60岁。

3、本科及以上学位，2年以上中国或海外教学工作经验，或持有TESOL/TEFL/CELTA教师资格证等教育教学类上岗证。

4、品行端正，认真对待教学，关心学生，有高度的责任心。

二、岗位职责

1、每周承担的课程工作量不超过16课时，每课时50分钟。

2、承担课程主要为英语口语、听力、写作等课程。

3、参加学生活动，为学生提供课外辅导和指导。

三、福利待遇

1、月薪：人民币9000元起，具体面议。

2、学校向外籍教师提供免费教职工公寓，或相应住房补贴。

3、每年一次回国探亲往返交通费。

4、伙食补贴、健康保险、带薪休假、节假日福利，协助解决家属就业及子女入学问题（幼儿园、小学、中学等）。

Job Description

Teaching English as a Second Language in China

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Native English speaking countries: UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa are preferred.

2. Good health condition, between the ages of 25 and 60.

3. Bachelor degree or above, at least 2 years English teaching experience or 120-hr TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent certificates are required.

4. Behave properly, dedicated to students and education and have a high sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

1. The workload should not exceed 16 class hours per week, 50mins/class hour.

2. The courses are mainly Oral English, Listening, Writing and Literature.

3. Participate in student activities and provide extracurricular tutoring and guidance for students.

Salary & Benefits:

1. The monthly salary is above RMB 9000 Yuan before tax, depending on qualifications.

2. Free on-campus accommodation with free utilities, or allowance for apartment.

3. Working meals allowance 200 Yuan (RMB) per month.

4. Allowance of international round way airfare reimbursement for one academic year contract

5. Foreign insurance Provided.
