浙江大学国际校区2019年管理及支撑人员招聘启事

一、学院简介
浙江大学于2013年2月启动筹建浙江大学国际联合学院(海宁国际校区),并于2015年10月正式获得教育部的批准。
海宁国际校区将设立若干个中外合作办学机构、交叉研究中心和成果转化机构,与世界一流大学开展教育、科研和成果转化的合作。目前,浙江大学爱丁堡大学联合学院和浙江大学伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳香槟校区联合学院,浙江大学-帝国理工学院应用数据科学联合实验室、国际联合商学院、已正式成立,国际校区已于2016年9月正式开学。国际校区校园位于浙江海宁市,占地1200亩,总建筑面积约40万平方米。
二、招聘岗位
(一)综合办公室党政综合秘书岗
主要职责:
1.综合行政事务协调落实;
2.撰写文字材料及信息工作;
3.领导交办的其他工作。
应聘条件:
1.中共党员,35周岁及以下;
2.本硕毕业于“双一流”高校或海外知名高校;
3.有较强的文字表达能力,良好的英语口语交流及书面表达能力;
4.有良好的服务意识和团队协作精神,有较好的组织协调能力及沟通能力;
5.有高度责任心,较强的抗压能力和较强的执行力。

(二)图书信息中心软件工程师岗
主要职责:
1.负责校区软件开发与测试体系建设,使团队软件交付能力符合校区快速发展的业务需求;
2.负责校区网站、APP等信息化应用项目管理与运维;
3.负责统一认证、流程平台等公共信息化平台的管理与运维;
4.负责校区不同应用系统间的业务集成和性能优化工作;
5.协助Blackboard、Peoplesoft等教学教务系统的管理与运维。
应聘条件:
1.相关专业本科及以上学历,非应届生应具有1年及以上软件开发工作经历;
2.精通Java,PHP或Python等其中一种主流Web开发语言;
3.熟悉Windows,Linux等操作系统运维管理;
4.有良好的团队协作意识和中英文沟通能力;
5.有大中型单位信息系统开发及运维经验者优先考虑。

主要职责:
1.负责协调中心综合行政事务;
2.协调中心各项业务开展和制度执行;
3.协助管理中心财务、项目、设备、资产等;
4.协助中心安全管理;
5.负责文秘、翻译、宣传、文化建设等工作;
6.领导交办的其他任务。
应聘条件:
1.35周岁及以下;
2.硕士及以上学历,专业不限。“双一流”高校或有海外留学背景,或具有相关工作经验者优先录用;
3.有较强的文字表达能力,良好的英语口语交流及书面表达能力;

主要职责:
1.协助书院领导开展日常行政工作;
2.负责学生住宿管理和组织学生相关活动;
3.完成书院领导交办的其他工作。

Zhejiang university international campus administrative and support staff recruitment notice for 2019
About International Campus of Zhejiang University
With the aim of exploring new models of higher education that combined the best practices of the east and west, learn from world's most advanced educational experiences, and cultivate talents with innovative minds and international vision, Zhejiang University began to build its International Campus in February 2013,and was granted approval from the Ministry of Education in October 2015.
Zhejiang University will cooperate with several world's top 20 universities(or top 5 at individual discipline level) and respectively build joint institutes with each of them. So far, ZJU-UoE Institute and ZJU-UIUC Institute,ZJU-Imperial Joint Lab for Applied Data Science, International joint business school  have been formally established, and the Campus received its first batch of freshmen in September, 2016.
International Campus is located at Haining, covering a land area of approximately 66.67 hectares and has a total floor area of 399,300 square meters.

Library and Information Center, Software Engineer Position
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of campus software development and testing system to ensure the team software programming ability can meet the rapid development of the campus needs;
2. Responsible for the management and maintenance of campus websites, APP and other application projects;
3. Responsible for the management and maintenance of public information platforms including unified authentication, process platform, etc.;
4. Responsible for integration optimization among different application systems of campus;
5. Assist in the management and maintenance of Blackboard, Peoplesoft and other educational systems.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant major, non-fresh graduated candidates should have at least 1 year software development work experience;
2. Proficiency in one of the mainstream Web development languages including Java, PHP or Python;
3. Familiar with Windows, Linux and other operating system operation and maintenance;
4. Good sense of teamwork and communication skills in both Chinese and English;
5. Information system development, operation and maintenance experience of large or medium-sized units is preferred.
